Dumankaya presents a different perspective: Dumankaya Dizayn
Dumankaya Construction introduced its new project, Dumankaya Dizayn to be realized at Tuzla – Aydınlı, at a press conference held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel on December 23. Dumankaya Construction Board Members Ali and Uğur Dumankaya, speaking after the presentation by Dumankaya Construction Marketing and Sales Director Ufuk Kayador, announced that in 2009, in spite of the global crisis, they had developed 6 different projects and realized a growth of 25%.

Uğur Dumankaya, expressing that the most important feature differentiating Dumankaya Dizayn from other housing projects is, as emphasized in the name, ‘Dizayn’, said, “Dumankaya Dizayn competes with the different roof Dizayns of the three blocks, and draws attention with its views which will never be obstructed due to its location on a hillside.” Ali Dumankaya pointed out that Dumankaya Construction had concluded 2009 with 6 new projects, and added that they had started the construction of a total of 2,135 new homes worth 379 million TL in 2009, and the Address project they had placed on sale at the end of 2008 had generated a lot of interest, vitalizing the market.
Ali Dumankaya, said that they had achieved significant sales ratios in 2009 with the Address 2, Address 3 and Address Botanic, which were the follow-up projects of Address, and with the Dumankaya Flex and Dumankaya ICON projects, added, “We undersigned 6 different housing projects in 2009, and with the success we have achieved in our sales, we are closing the year with a growth of 25%. Dumankaya Dizayn is an ideal project both for investment and for residence with its location.”

Dumankaya Dizayn will be located on 8300 m2 on the highway leading from the Tuzla Shipyards to the Sabiha Gökçen Airport and TEM. In this elite project made up of 3 blocks and 330 flats, each of the blocks views Istanbul from a different perspective. While one block overlooks Çamlıbelde, one of the most beautiful wooded glens in the region, the others have views of the Sabiha Gökçen Airport and the Marmara Sea. The 12-floor blocks, will have studio, 1- and 2-bedroom flats and duplex lofts, and the studio flats will be between 35-41 m2, 1-bedroom flats between 50-69 m2, 2-bedroom flats between 80-83 m2 and lofts between 126-178 m2.
Dumankaya Dizayn is a striking project with its social facilities as well as its architecture.
