Delivery burst from Dumankaya: Trend Extra deliveries nearing completion

Dumankaya Construction is now realizing the deliveries of the Trend Extra project after completing the deliveries of the 1st Stage of the Concept Istanbul project located at Kurtköy, last month.

The deliveries of the Trend Extra project comprising 172 flats realized at Kurtköy by Dumankaya Construction, one of the leading establishments of the property sector, have started. Deliveries which started on October 26 for the Trend Extra project will be completed on October 28 (today). Besides Trend Extra, Dumankaya Construction, giving momentum to the delivery of the homes as well as developing new projects, had also realized the delivery of the 1st Stage of the Concept Istanbul project in September. Dumankaya Construction will also have completed the delivery of the 2nd Stage of the Concept Istanbul project by the end of the year.

Dumankaya Executive Board Member Uğur Dumankaya, voicing his views on project deliveries, said, “We are meticulous about the timely delivery of ongoing projects as well as developing new projects. We shall have realized a 25% growth by the end of the year with the Address, Dumankaya Flex and Dumankaya ICON projects we have launched in 2009. While we are working on the development of new projects, we are also deeply involved with the delivery of our ongoing projects. We had completed the delivery of the 1st Stage of the Concept Istanbul project, and now we are realizing the delivery of the Trend Extra project, and experiencing the pleasure of introducing our clients to the living spaces we have promised. We shall complete the deliveries of the 2nd Stage of the Concept Istanbul project until the end of 2009, and continue on our way with new projects

Trend Extra, comprising a total of 172 flats, has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, cafeteria, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness center, multi-purpose hall, theme park and play room for children, gazebo, running and walking tracks, and a shopping center with 10 shops.
