Affordable Prices, Profitable Projects

Dumankaya aims at offering its innovative projects, which are shaped according to customer requests and requirements, on “affordable prices” instead of artificially inflated figures. This pricing policy is determined through market researches and with reasonable margins and thus obviously favoring flat-owners as well as establishing surplus value even before the projects are completed. Just to name a few projects of ours that have been completed in the past two years: Çekmeköy, Yenişehir, Kelebek Vadisi and Gizli Bahçe Houses have gained surplus value of 180% to 200% on average. The Trend project of which the sales were initiated on November 2005 has gained a 50% surplus value so far and this rise still goes on.
