Dumankaya Group, who has supported many charities and social activities in the past, has lately sponsored Assistant Associate Professor Dr. Murat Arslan’s book, “Mithradates VI Eupator, Rome’s Great Enemy”. The book, the result of 4 years of concentrated research and filling an important gap, is the biography of an ancient Anatolian hero, little known and neglected until today

The author of the book, Assistant Associate Professor Dr. Murat Arslan, is presently a member of faculty at the Akdeniz University. The Dumankaya Group always regards lending support to social and cultural activities as a national duty.

Dumankaya Construction’s support for education continues. The latest activity was the presentation of plaques to the students of Istanbul Technical University Construction Engineering Department who have been successful in the 2006-2007 school year, on June 26th, 2007. ITU Construction Department Management has written a letter to Dumankaya Construction, thanking for its support for education, and expressing their wishes for the continuation of this support to students.
