Dumankaya IKON, which will become one of the highest residence projects of Istanbul with its 149-meter height, is made up of the union of three 40 and 41 floor towers.

The second landmark project of Dumankaya after Vision, Dumankaya IKON is right at the heart of the Anatolian Side, at Göztepe. Dumankaya IKON, among the highest buildings of Istanbul with its three 40 and 41 floor towers, comprises 1,022 residence flats and 31 home offices. While the emphasis is on studio and 1+1 flats, the project also exhibits 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 flats.

Dumankaya IKON, created through the union of three elliptical towers, displays a different approach to architecture by connecting the towers with the gardens on the 12th and 22nd floors.
